Six Flags Allegedly Misled Investors About China Parks Problems

Six Flags Entertainment Corp. allegedly misled investors about financial problems surrounding its plans to open several new amusement parks in China, according to a suit filed Wednesday in Texas federal district court.

The theme park company didn’t tell investors about the true amount of “financial distress” a real estate developer it partnered with on the China parks faced, a pension fund says in a would-be class suit filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
