SCOTUS Won’t Weigh Class Status Evidence in Wage Case (1)

The U.S. Supreme Court won’t get a chance to consider a circuit split over whether evidence used to support a bid for class certification must be admissible in court.

The court dismissed the petition for review in a wage case May 3, after the trial court granted preliminary approval to the parties’ class settlement.
