Petco Worker Advances Class Suit Over Late Wages, Not Pay Stubs

A former Petco employee may proceed with her would-be class suit alleging the retailer failed to timely pay all wages due, but not her claims over inaccurate pay stubs, a federal judge in New York ruled.

Aishaya Caul, who worked as a “guest experience specialist,” says Petco was supposed to pay her and other store employees on a weekly basis, but instead paid them biweekly in violation of New York Labor Law.
