NFL, DirecTV Face Sunday Ticket Class Suit

The NFL Sunday Ticket, offered by the National Football League Inc. and DirecTV LLC, is under fire by a putative class of bars and restaurants that claim an exclusive distribution agreement between the two offends the Sherman Act (Ninth Inning Inc. v. Nat’l Football League Inc., C.D. Cal., 15-5261, complaint filed 7/13/15).
