N.Y. Giants’ Receiver Golladay Faces Contempt in Contract Suit

New York Giants wide receiver Kenny Golladay must convince a federal court why he shouldn’t be held in contempt and sanctioned for failing to comply with subpoenas in a suit by his former agent against a sports memorabilia company.

Magistrate Judge Anthony P. Patti of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan gave Golladay until July 22 to file a written response with the court explaining why he failed to respond to subpoenas on three occasions.
