Premier Nutrition Corp. must pay $135.6 million to New York consumers who alleged the Post Holdings Inc. unit deceptively marketed its “Joint Juice” supplement, after a federal jury in California awarded damages Tuesday in a rare class trial.
The award is the largest judgment against a dietary supplement manufacturer, class counsel Timothy Blood of Blood Hurst & O’Reardon LLP told Bloomberg Law Tuesday.
