DACA Arguments Head to Supreme Court in November

The U.S. Supreme Court will hear arguments in November to determine whether to allow the Trump administration to end the program that provides work permits and deportation protection for young immigrants. A final ruling would settle uncertainty for employers but ultimately could mean a loss of hundreds of thousands of jobs if the program is eliminated.
