AutoZone Sued by Retail Workers in New York Over Untimely Wages

AutoZone is accused of failing to provide timely wages to more than 1,000 workers in New York in a new proposed class action filed in a federal court in Central Islip.

Keith Confusione and Randolph Brannigan, who worked at AutoZone as sales clerks, sued under New York labor law on behalf of other hourly workers employed by AutoZone in retail, delivery, and maintenance positions.
