Arizona Transgender Teens Denied Medicaid Pay for Chest Surgery

Arizona’s Medicaid agency won the first round in a lawsuit brought by transgender teens alleging its blanket exclusion on coverage for gender reassignment surgery is unlawful, because they didn’t show they’re likely to win the case, a federal court said.
