Big Law firms see signs that planned IPOs from Anthropic, OpenAI, and SpaceX will set off a flood of business in the stop-start capital markets space, Mahira Dayal and Eric Killelea report.

Lawyers see an uptick in interest among public markets clients, with some in registration with the SEC and others reviewing the possibility of IPOs. Possible IPOs are germinating in tech, insurance, energy, infrastructure, and healthcare, they say. Firms are seeing the most traction in areas that require huge pools of money.
