Wake Up Call: Fox Corp. Sports Unit Attorney to Replace Departing GC

• Fox Corp. promoted in-house attorney Claudia Teran to executive vice president and corporate general counsel, a day after announcing the departure of current GC Rita Tuzon. Teran, who keeps her role as Fox Sports general counsel, will also supervise business and legal affairs for Fox Corp.'s entertainment assets, as well as for acquisitions, content distribution, digital, privacy, advertising, and music rights.
