Uber, Lyft Push for Massachusetts Ballot Questions Can Proceed

Uber and Lyft can pursue two ballot questions in Massachusetts as the companies seek to permanently limit benefits to workers, Attorney General Maura Healey ruled Wednesday.

The decision clears the way for the company to begin gathering voter signatures on two related proposals (Initiative Petition 21-11, Initiative Petition 21-12).
