Tinder’s Ex-CEO to Arbitrate Defamation Suit Over Assault Claims

A former Tinder Inc. CEO’s defamation and conspiracy claims against a former executive who allegedly defamed him through baseless sex assault allegations to get $2 billion in higher stock-option values will go to arbitration, a federal court in California said.

And some of Gregory Blatt’s claims against another former executive will proceed in court despite a law aimed at protecting free speech, Judge Michael W. Fitzgerald of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California said.
