Tiger Woods’ Former Swing Coach Loses Contract Suit Against PGA

The PGA Tour convinced a federal judge in Florida to throw out a lawsuit brought by Tiger Woods’ former swing coach, Hank Haney, who accused the tour of leaning on Sirius XM radio to terminate its contract with him after he made controversial comments.

Haney sued PGA Tour Inc. in December 2019, alleging it acted out of “long-standing animus” against the coach stemming from a 2012 book about Woods when it “meddled in” his business relationship with Sirius.
