Singer Sisqo Sues Bacardi Over Alleged Grey Goose Ad Lookalike

A Bacardi USA Inc. television commercial for Grey Goose vodka allegedly infringes Sisqo’s publicity and trademark rights by featuring an actor whose looks, clothes, and movement bear a “striking resemblance” to the singer, according to a complaint filed in Minneapolis federal court.

Sisqo is the professional moniker of Mark Andrews, best known for his hit songs “Thong Song” and “Incomplete” and as a member of the group Dru Hill.
