SES Seeks $1.8 Billion in Damage Costs From Bankrupt Intelsat

SES Americom Inc. is seeking as much as $1.8 billion in damage claims from bankrupt satellite company Intelsat SA for an alleged breach of contract entered into related to the sale of the C-Band network.
