Plaintiffs Firm Weighs Class Case Over Bar Exam Tech Issues (2)

A plaintiffs law firm is weighing a class action suit over the faulty software used in last week’s remote bar exams that wreaked havoc among test takers in many states.

Sauder Schelkopf said in a statement that the firm “is investigating a class action lawsuit on behalf of individuals who took the July 2021 bar exam using ExamSoft,” referring to the software provider that many state bar groups used to administer their remote exams through their program Examplify.
