PGA Tour, Fortinet Sued Over Sponsorship ‘Introducer’s Fee’ (1)

PGA Tour Inc. and Fortinet Inc. were hit with a lawsuit in the Northern District of California for allegedly stiffing a management company that introduced the cybersecurity company as a potential tour sponsor of what became the annual Fortinet Championship in Napa, Calif.

1440 Sports Management Ltd. is in the business of arranging sports sponsorships, according to the complaint filed Tuesday in the US District Court for the Northern District of California.
