No Discovery for NFLPA in Quest to Vacate Dismissal

The National Football League Players’ Association will not be able to conduct discovery in its quest to vacate a 2011 stipulation dismissing its allegations that NFL teams conspired to enforce a secret salary cap, says a federal district court (White v. National Football League, 2015 BL 29889, D. Minn., 4:92-cv-00906-DSD-SPMS, 2/5/15).
