NFL, Union Pile on Ex-Packers Quarterback’s Benefits Challenge

A proposed class action spearheaded by former Green Bay Packers quarterback Don Majkowski should be dismissed because he and his co-plaintiff haven’t suffered an injury giving them standing to challenge changes to player disability benefits, parties connected to the National Football League told a federal judge in Washington, D.C.
