Morrison Foerster Adds Richard Nugent as Global Tax Co-Chair

Richard Nugent joined Morrison Foerster as a partner and co-chair of its global tax group in New York, the firm announced Wednesday.

Nugent advises clients on the tax aspects of public and private transactions, spin-offs, internal restructurings, bankruptcies and out-of-court restructurings, financings and other capital markets transactions, joint ventures, and tax controversies, the firm said.
