Iowa DOR Proposes to Amend Regulations on Motions to Redact Information From Tax Orders

The Iowa Department of Revenue (DOR) July 14 proposed to amend and repeal regulations on filing motions to redact certain information from tax orders for corporate income, individual income, trust income, property, excise, sales and use, and inheritance tax purposes. The proposal includes measures to: 1) require the DOR to redact from an appeal or contested case information required to be redacted under Iowa Code Ann.
