Fox News and its CEO Suzanne Scott beat fired host Edward Henry’s defamation, invasion of privacy, and tortious interference claims stemming from a sexual misconduct investigation that resulted in his termination.
The US District Court for the Southern District of New York ruled Henry failed to prove that any of Fox’s statements regarding the investigation and his firing were false, and dismissed all of his claims Tuesday.
