Dollar Tree Faces $265,265 Fine for Repeat Fire Safety Breaches

A Dollar Tree Inc. store in Beverly Hills, Fla., faces a $265,265 OSHA penalty amid repeat citations for allegedly exposing workers to fire and entrapment hazards, blocked exit routes, and improperly stacked boxes.

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration issued two repeat-serious citations following an October 2020 inspection that found evacuation hazards in the stock room and retail area, among other hazards.
