Black Starbucks Customer to Get Bias Trial Over Incident in D.C.

Starbucks Corp. may have violated a Black customer’s civil rights when employees in a D.C. store confronted him for suspected theft and then pushed him to the ground, causing him to lose consciousness, a federal judge ruled.
