Evander Kane Sued to Stop Erasure of Abortion Debt in Bankruptcy

A Los Angeles woman who accused NHL star Evander Kane of promising her up to $3 million to have an abortion is now trying to prevent him from eliminating that debt in bankruptcy.

Hope Parker, who says she dated the San Jose Sharks left winger from 2016 to 2018, sued Kane in California Superior Court in October 2018 after he allegedly refused to pay her once she terminated the pregnancy.
