The navigation software developer and five affiliates filed for Chapter 11 on Tuesday.

• Co. listed debt of more than $100m and assets of more than $1m in Chapter 11 documents
• Affiliates Sabo One LLC, Juno Oregon LLC, Vulcan Cars LLC, GT Forge Inc. and Omaha LLC also sought protection
• CASE: In re Juno USA LLC, 19-12484, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Delaware (Wilmington)
