Brookfield-Backed Data Firm Repays Some Debt, Lifting Loan Price

Dawn Acquisitions LLC, a data center firm backed by Brookfield Infrastructure Partners, told creditors that it repaid about $85 million of its first-lien term loan, according to people familiar with the situation.

Prices for the loan rose after the Monday disclosure, according to the people, who asked not to be identified because the matter is private. Some trading desks quoted the debt more than 10 cents on the dollar higher to about 72 cents, the people said.
