Bank of America Corp. named a new head of trading while elevating eight executives to its management team, the senior-most decision-making body at the company.
Jim Demare was tapped to lead the sales and trading division in a newly created role, and Bernie Mensah will coordinate the company’s international operations, according to an internal memo. A bank spokeswoman confirmed the contents of the memo. Also in trading, Soofian Zuberi was named co-head of global equities, alongside Fab Gallo, with both reporting to Demare.
